Refunds and cancellation

At Aaswad Impex LLP, we strive to ensure the highest quality in every product we deliver. As we primarily deal in bulk and customized food-grade orders, we follow a clear and fair Refund & Return Policy outlined below.

 

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perishable and food-grade), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

• Products are damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

• Change of mind after order confirmation or dispatch.

• Bulk or custom orders made to client specifications (unless defective).

2. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• A replacement may be sent (subject to product availability), or

• A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• In some cases, we may require visual proof (photos/videos) of damage or defect for claim processing.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once order is placed

• Once processed or dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
